This is what the Little Angel of Colombia tries to dissipate and his plight is depicted in this documentary.

The documentary presented this from the perspective of a boy, whom many called Angelito. He was the village boy who took it upon himself to attend to the needs of the elders in their village. This was rooted in his first-hand observation that they are neglected and abandoned in many cases.
