Benjamin Franklin Biography Documentary

This documentary takes us through multiple facets of one of the most influential and important figures in American history, Benjamin Franklin. As a statesman, inventor, scientist, diplomat, and author, he wore many hats and contributed to the United States through various channels.

As a statesman, we will look into his role in drafting not only the Declaration of Independence and Constitution but also the 1783 Treaty of Paris. Much of his political influence was centered around diplomacy as he had served as Ambassador to Sewden and France. But his expertise was enough to make him one of the Founding Fathers of the United States.

He had built his wealth through print shops, which allowed him time to pursue science and inventions of his during the latter half of his life. Some of his most notable inventions were electricity, bifocal glasses, rocking chairs, and the American penny.

In this film, we will take you through various parts of his historical life, displaying how he was able to build such a strong foundation for the United States in many different ways.
