The buddhist world is both vast and diverse. in this blog post, we will focus on one aspect of it: the seven wonders. The Buddhist world is home to many spectacular monuments and there are a variety of wonders that can be found in different parts of the world. here are some of the examples:
The Great Stupa At Sanchi
the first one is the Great Stupa at Sanchi. it is one of the most well-preserved and structurally sound monuments from ancient India, dating back to 300 BC
The Great Stupa was built by Emperor Ashoka in order to house a relic that had been obtained from Buddha himself. It’s not known which particular part of his body this relic came from, but there are many stories as to how it might have happened – such as when during the time he slaughtered an elephant for meat while travelling near Varanasi (Benares)
Sanchi’s Three Stone Pillars
The second wonder is a group of three stone pillars which have withstood weathering for over two thousand years in Sarnath, located near Varanasi (Benares) . The first pillar was erected by Emperor Ashoka himself in 249 BCE – he did this after his conversion to Buddhism when he became disillusioned with Hinduism

the third wonder is Lumbini gardens in Nepal, which is believed to be the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha) . This place became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was inscribed as such based on its religious importance.
