Blacksmiths
Blacksmiths had to know how to do everything from shoeing horses, make horseshoes, repair armor for knights or shields for soldiers so they could fight in a battle. Laborers
Laborers did things such as tending crops and animals that made life easier around farms because food sources tended not to vary year round due to climate changes (this meant you needed steady access).
